Enigmatic reflects on a connection, which resonates within each and every one of us, the Subconscious Mind. Vibration or Enigmatic Energies are subtle; it’s within our life force connections, linked with accessible pathways into Higher Dimensional Energies. People who are in touch with this are Intuitive. Ancient Cultures, Spiritual Healers, Indigenous Shamans, Psychic Mediums & Clairvoyants, open up their subconscious mind for connecting to subtle Spirit Healing Energies.
For me, Enigmatic also reflects deeply, a Divine and Sacred Gift given to those who are Blessed by the Spirit Energies.
To create this feeling in visual form; delicate sound and movement is captured, to create an interpretive feeling of Resonance, & Enigmatic Energies. I have incorporated my research from ideas: of vivid, and subtle colours within recordings of Sine Waves -depicting, vibration in music, toning & sound concepts.
“If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration”…….Nikola Telsa

BOHEMIAN GYPSY
THREE PART COLLECTION:
CRYSTAL VISIONS/THE ENCHANTED FORREST/NOMADIC CHARM
Bohemian: is the practice of an unconventional lifestyle, often in the company of like-minded people, with few permanent ties, involving musical, artistic, or literary pursuits. In this context, Bohemians may be wanderers, adventurers or as a Gypsy.
Bohemian Gypsy: Also inspired from nostalgia & the existence of free spirited nomadic Gypsies living in fine-looking caravans. A sacred & private travelling culture amid an olden romantic lifestyle, laced with sentimental notions connected within Gypsy lore, nature & magic.
To create this visually for my collection, I am using mixed materials of metals with cold enamels; Perspex, wood, crystals, with other techniques to capture a form in feeling & idea surrounded by this charming cultural way of life.
Nature & Crystal healing connects to many cultures & travelling communities, throughout the ancient times: Crystals are said to have mystical healing properties that, heal many health ailments. Crystals are connected also, to the nature elemental’s, and is organic substance of the Earth’s formation. Folklore and other realms within nature are, associated within crystal healing therapies. Crystals have long been linked with: Gypsy Tarot Card Reading; Divination; Scrying, Magical rituals, and symbols within the ancient Rune Stone methods.

Duende – named after the homonymous Spanish term, used to describe the mysterious energy transmitted by flamenco performers, who captivate their audience with improvising music, effective vocals, with seductive, earthy and expressive dancing.
The collection is inspired by the infusion of old cultural influences which have made flamenco a mystifying and nostalgic art form. My source of inspiration is the variation of cultures and I am particularly interested in the results after mixing materials together.
To create this feeling visually I used materials such as West African wood, leather, titanium, 24 karat Gold, white, red and black metal for contrast. Also some pieces are made to create movement and improvising sound to mimic the rhythmic beats in flamenco. By mixing materials, ideas, sound and movement results to creating and capturing a vision in the form of jewellery.
