A visual mediation of a beautiful meadow or garden instantly relaxes the body and mind; allowing thought processes to change into a peaceful state of equilibrium, this connection permits serenity. When coming out of meditation, one feels refreshed, revitalized or deeply relaxed. Guided mediations like this are valuable: allowing the mind to wonder elsewhere, & creating an ideal imagination for creativity; inspiration or just resting. With this in mind ‘The Healing Garden’ also reflects very much on the Holistic Therapy approach; to emanate healing & nurturing flow for body mind & soul connections; thus making one feel whole again. There are many forms of complementary therapies; Anila chose to qualify in particular therapies for better understanding of holistic approach in healing the physical, mental and spiritual body. Anila continues researching & developing her skills as a therapist throughout.
